After Tesla’s increase in Bitcoin, more and more larger companies are moving along and investing in cryptocurrency, like Mastercard recently. Uber, one of the largest brokerage services in the field of passenger transport, is currently still evaluating the use of Bitcoin as a currency for itself. The company has no interest in actively entering the speculative business, but is open to the possibility of payment transactions with Bitcoin. Uber could well accept the crypto currency as a means of payment for its customers in the future, since all other national currencies are also accepted. So it remains to be seen whether Uber won’t jump on the crypto bandwagon at some point or not.
