Composable Finance, an investment as well as incubation subsidiary of Advanced Blockchain AG, has successfully secured the 8th Parachain from the Polkadot network. Composable Finance has crowdfunded over 160 million US dollars. This results in an implied valuation of more than 350 million USD for Composable’s native token LAYR. Advanced Blockchain AG holds 5.7 % of all tokens with an implied equivalent value of approximately 20 million US dollars via a subsidiary.

The parachain secures Composable the exclusive rights to use the Polkadot ecosystem. In return, Composable Finance receives a 20% share in the ongoing transaction fees until 2024.
