The silver price is doing the same as the gold price, as both precious metals manage to break out of the consolidation to the upside. At the end of March, silver had still marked annual lows at around USD 24, but since then it has been moving steadily upwards. Recently, the upward momentum has even strengthened. Not much is missing, then the precious metal could overcome the last local high.
