A recent emerging trend in blockchain technology, dynamic NFTs offer a new way for artists and investors to deal with digital art and collectibles. Unlike traditional NFTs, which represent static digital assets, dynamic NFTs, also known as dNFTs, can change over time or respond to specific real-world events, such as changes in the price or popularity of the underlying asset. This flexibility opens up new possibilities for the use of NFTs in digital art, as well as in areas such as gaming and sports. However, despite the promising future prospects, there are challenges related to the security and interoperability of dynamic NFTs that still need to be addressed.
